Did You Know?

Did you know? 3.0 is a video that is on youtube that has some very interesting facts about topics that most people rarely think about. It was last updated in 2008 so it has a lot of current information and it also has information from the past. It compares a lot of things from the past that has changed currently like "the number of internet devices in 1984 was 1,000 and in 2008 the number of devices was 1,000,000,000. This is huge difference. This information really opened my eyes about how dependent on technology our country has got.
Some information that was not as shocking as others were things such as "if myspace was a country it would be the 5th largest in the world (between Indonesia and Brazil). This information was not a surprise because majority of the people I know have a myspace account. The other information that was not a surprise was "there are 31 billion searches on google every month and in 2006 this number was 2.7 billion". Google is a very popular website. I use google for just about anything that I want to look up because it is a reliable source for me.
Overall the video was a great source for anyone who likes to know new information about how the world is changing through tecnology.
