Mr.Mcclung's Experience As A First Year Teacher

Mr. McClung had just become a first year Elementary teacher and made some discoveries about what it takes to be successful and decided to make a post about some helpful tips that may be useful. Some of the tips I thought would be very helpful to me as a first year teacher were: communicate with your students, listen to your students, and never stop learning. All these tips are tips that I think will be very helpful to me.
